The plain-language terms for advertising on Mailbox Finds.
Booking and deposits
A $99 deposit holds your category for an edition. It's credited toward your spot price and fully refunded if the edition doesn't print. The balance is due before the art deadline. Packages are a commitment to the number of editions you choose, covered by a short written agreement.
Printing and fill policy
The card prints once the edition is funded. If it isn't funded within 30 days of the target date, you choose to roll over or get a full refund.
Your ad
You're responsible for your offer, claims, licenses and the rights to any logo or images you provide. Home improvement contractors must include a valid PA HIC number. We may decline ads that are misleading, unlawful or inappropriate for a family audience. After you approve your proof, spots are non-refundable. If we make a printing mistake in your ad, we re-run it free.
Guarantees
Delivery: Every card is handed to USPS for delivery to every address on your selected routes. We send you the post office's mailing receipt as proof. If we can't show it, you get a full refund.
Make-good: If your ad gets fewer than 10 tracked responses (QR scans plus redeemed codes) in 60 days after the mail date, you get a free run in a future edition, from available space. Make-good runs use unsold space only, in the same neighborhood or an equivalent one, at the same ad size. One make-good per paid run. Not redeemable for cash. Applies to standard, premium and double spots.
Beyond these, results vary and we don't promise a specific response. USPS Marketing Mail delivery dates aren't guaranteed.
Liability
Our total liability for any edition is limited to what you paid for that edition.
