How it works
From claiming your category to counting the scans. Here is everything that happens, and what you do (not much).
Claim your category
Send the short form. We confirm your category is open and hold it with a $99 deposit, credited toward your spot.
We design your ad
Send your logo, or we'll make a clean wordmark. We write a strong offer with you and send a proof. Nothing prints until you approve.
It mails to ~5,000 homes
Once the edition is funded, the card is printed and delivered by USPS Every Door Direct Mail to every home on the selected routes.
You see the results
About three weeks after the mail date, you get a report with your scans and redemptions.
How the QR tracking works
Every ad gets its own QR code. When a neighbor scans it, they see your offer and code on their phone, with buttons to claim the offer or call you. Claiming sends them straight to your website or booking page.
Each scan and each claim is counted for your ad and that edition. Add an offer code (like "mention Mailbox Finds") or a call-tracking number for calls, and you get a clear picture of what the card brought in.
What we count as a response
A QR scan, a claimed offer, a redeemed code or a tracked call. Direct mail often works over several weeks, and repeat drops build recognition, so we suggest judging it over about three runs.
Our guarantees
Delivery guarantee
Every card is handed to USPS for delivery to every address on your selected routes. We send you the post office's mailing receipt as proof. If we can't show it, you get a full refund.
Make-good promise
If your ad gets fewer than 10 tracked responses (QR scans plus redeemed codes) in 60 days after the mail date, you get a free run in a future edition, from available space.
Make-good runs use unsold space only, in the same neighborhood or an equivalent one, at the same ad size. One make-good per paid run. Not redeemable for cash. Applies to standard, premium and double spots.
