Mailbox Finds is a big, good-looking neighborhood postcard mailed to about 5,000 homes at a time. It has 16 local businesses on it and only one per category, so you get the whole neighborhood's attention for a fraction of what a solo mailing costs.
A large 9" × 12" card: 4 premium spots on the front with a keep-it-on-the-fridge Neighborhood notes panel, and 12 standard spots on the back next to the mailing panel.
16 spots, one per category. Next Roxborough deadline: Nov 1, 2026. Scan to claim yours.
Sample card: businesses shown are fictional. Names, phone numbers, addresses, ratings, offers and codes are made up for illustration. The QR codes are real: scan one to see the tracked offer page a neighbor would see.

You run your business. We handle the card, the design and the mail.
Each edition has 16 spots and one business per category. When your category is taken, it's off the table for competitors on that card.
Send us your logo — or we'll make you a clean wordmark. Add your offer and we lay out your ad with a tracked QR code, then send you a proof to approve.
The card goes to every home on selected carrier routes through USPS Every Door Direct Mail.
New editions go out about monthly. Keep your spot to stay the neighborhood's go-to in your category.
Direct mail reaches people where they live, and sharing the cost puts it within reach of a small business.
We pick carrier routes near you, focusing on owner-occupied neighborhoods, so your ad reaches the households you actually serve.
Category exclusivity means you're the only one of your kind on that edition.
Printing and postage for 5,000 large cards on your own can run well over $2,500. Here you pay for one spot.
An oversized card with neighborhood businesses on it reads like a local find, not junk mail.
Every ad gets its own QR code. Each scan and each offer claim is counted, so you see real numbers for every mailing.
Design, proofing, printing and USPS drop-off are all handled. You approve your proof and that's it.

We design your ad, then handle printing, postage and delivery. You approve a proof, and that's all.
Mailing a large card to 5,000 homes yourself typically runs $2,500 to $3,300 or more, which is about 50 to 60 cents or more per home. A $449 standard spot works out to about 9 cents per home, or about 7.6 cents on a 6-run package.
Every price is posted here, you can see the card before it mails, and you only pay for the editions you choose.
Mailbox Finds is run by a Philadelphia local who knows these neighborhoods, not a national call center.
| Coupon envelopes | Stuffed with dozens of offers, often including your competitors. Mailbox Finds has one business per category on a single card that sits on the counter. |
| Online ads | Require bidding, ongoing management, and clicks from outside your area. Mailbox Finds is a flat price, reaches only nearby homes, and needs nothing to manage. |
| DIY mailer | You handle design, printing, EDDM paperwork and the post office drop, and pay the full $2,500 to $3,300+. Mailbox Finds handles all of it, and you pay for one spot. |
Every ad can include a QR code or offer code so you can track responses. Results vary, and we don't promise a specific return.
Two things raise the odds that someone calls you: how many homes see your ad, and how many times they see it.
Each extra neighborhood edition adds about 5,000 more homes, so more households who might need what you offer right now.
People keep a good card on the counter and remember you when the need comes up. Repeat drops build that familiarity.
One mailing is a snapshot. Plan on about 3 runs to judge how it's working for you. Results vary, and we don't promise a specific response.

About 5,000 homes per edition. We use USPS Every Door Direct Mail, which delivers to every address on selected carrier routes. We pick routes in each neighborhood (favoring owner-occupied homes) and can tell you which routes and ZIP codes an edition covers before you book.
Editions go out about monthly. Each edition has an art deadline, typically around the 1st of the month, and homes usually receive the card around the 15th to 20th. USPS Marketing Mail delivery dates aren't guaranteed. We'll give you exact dates when you book.
An edition only prints once at least 8 spots are paid. If it hasn't reached that by the art deadline, the mail date moves back up to 30 days and you choose whether to roll your payment to the new date or get a full refund. If it would slip more than 30 days, you get a full refund unless you choose to roll over.
Yes. Design is included for your first run. Send your logo, offer and contact info, and we'll send you a proof. Nothing prints until you approve it. Small text edits are free, and a full redesign on a later run is $49.
A standard spot is about 3" × 4" on the back of a large 9" × 12" card. A double-size spot combines two of those, and premium front spots are larger and sit on the front. See the sample card above, and we'll send a mockup with your logo before you commit.
Every ad can include a trackable QR code, and you can add an offer code (like "mention Mailbox Finds") or a call-tracking number ($25 / edition). About three weeks after the drop, we send you a results report with what we tracked. Results vary, and we don't guarantee a specific response.
Yes. The 3- and 6-run packages include a category lock across every edition you're in. For a single run, the category lock is $100.
You pay online before the art deadline, and payment reserves your spot. A single run has no ongoing commitment. Packages are a commitment to 3 or 6 editions, paid upfront or before each edition, and you'll get a short written agreement covering your spot, dates and terms before you pay.
Tell us about your business and where your customers are. We'll reply with open categories, upcoming mail dates and a mockup with your logo. No commitment.
